Ukrainian Christmas Recipes (Rizdvo)

Rizdvo, Ukrainian Christmas Day, comes the morning after Sviata Vecheria, and with it the fast is over: meat, milk and eggs return to the table. The Internet Encyclopedia of Ukraine’s entry on traditional foods lists roasts, fried sausages, cabbage rolls, jellied meat and borsch among the dishes served on Christmas Day.
